Dr Bert Green is a founding member of San Francisco Science and a member of its Board of Directors.
Dr. Green is a nationally known, Board Certified interventional cardiologist. A graduate of The City University of New York and of The Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Green trained at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, The Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospitals, and was a Fellow at The University of Washington, Division of Cardiology in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Green is a Diplomat of The American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases and of The American Board of Internal Medicine Organizations. He is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and of The American Society of Cardiovascular Interventionists. He is a Member of The American Society of Echocardiography, The American Medical Association, The Washington State Medical Association, The King County Medical Society, The Southwest King County Physicians Association, and of The Seattle Cardiovascular Research.
Dr. Green was a co-founder of Arterial Vascular Engineering, Inc., the most successful medical device start up company in history.
